Terms
Last updated 23 October 2026. Each engagement also has a short written scope that both sides agree before work starts; if it differs from this page, the scope wins.
Permission
We only test, access or change a system with the written permission of someone authorised to give it, and only within the agreed scope.
Launch Audit
Paid upfront. Delivered within 48 hours of receiving the access agreed in the scope. If the audit finds fewer than 3 meaningful issues, we refund the fee in full. The fee is credited toward a Fix Sprint booked within 14 days of delivery.
Fix Sprint
Fixed scope and price, agreed in writing from the audit. 50% is due upfront and 50% on delivery. Work outside the agreed scope is quoted separately before we do it.
Care Plan
Billed monthly in advance. Cancel anytime; it stops at the end of the month you've paid for. Unused hours don't roll over.
Confidentiality
Everything we learn about your systems and data stays confidential and is used only for your work. We remove our access when an engagement ends and sign NDAs on request.
Limits
No audit can find every possible issue, and we can't guarantee a system is free of all vulnerabilities. Our total liability for any engagement is limited to the fees paid for it.
